SMALL/MEDIUM DOGS BED & BREAKFAST (up to 15 kgs)

Standard rate: $40 per day including drop off and pick up days.
A 50 % non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking. Balance payable on completion of service including any additional costs incurred.

Extended stays: over 21 days - 10% discount or as negotiated.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings of 7 days or more. Balance payable on completion of service including any additional costs incurred.

* Please note owners are required to supply their pets normal food so as to avoid possible stomach upsets by a sudden change in diet.

PICK UP & DELIVERY SERVICE

Getting your dog to and from Waggs is easy. We offer a convenient free pick up and delivery service, within 15kms of Kinglake, available 7 days a week. Call for a quote for over 15 kms.

HOME VISITS

Areas serviced - Kinglake, Kinglake West, Kinglake Central, Pheasant Creek and Castella. Other areas -  prices on application.
From $30 per day for one visit
From $50 per day for two visits 

A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.  Balance is payable on completion of service, including any additional fees incurred. Deposit will be non-refundable if booking is cancelled within 7 days of the start date.

NOTE: Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day attract a $20 surcharge.

BED & BREAKFAST BUSHFIRE EMERGENCY PLAN

During bushfire season I will monitor daily bushfire warnings as notified by the local authorities and heed regional warnings according to CFA Fires, Warnings and Incidents Alerts. In the event of a catastrophic warning being issued, the night before I will leave Kinglake and relocate to Irene Crescent, Mitcham or other suitable suburban location if this address is unavailable. Before I leave I will endeavour to contact each pet’s owner (or emergency contacts) to inform them of the situation. If the pet’s can be collected safely before I leave, then this may be arranged. Pet’s can also be collected from the relocated address as arranged or once the emergency has passed. The immediate decisions regarding the pet’s ongoing care under the then current circumstances will be made in conjunction with the owners or their emergency contacts.

In the event of a bushfire emergency where there is no time to evacuate I will follow the recommended bushfire procedures for pets as per the CFA Pets and Bushfires Plan and Prepare information. For further information see: https://www.cfa.vic.gov.au/plan-prepare/pets-and-bushfires
